Your fitness journey is unique, and I'm here to support you. Whether you aim to build strength for gardening, feel more energetic when looking after the grandchildren, or someone to help you make new positive fitness habits, I listen and meticulously tailor every single session to get you where you want to be as efficiently as possible.

Do you have a favourite exercise? Or one you’d rather avoid? How do you like to feel when working out? What have you tried before that hasn’t worked? I gather this information and much more to build a programme you will love. Each workout is designed with your preferences and goals in mind, making every session relevant, something to look forward to and ultimately finish, with you always wanting more!

My knowledge and commitment to you are what set me apart. From getting to know you to intensively researching the latest scientific papers to understanding the best way to work around any hurdles you may face. 

My 1-1 PT service is more than an hourly rate. I am entirely dedicated to ensuring you achieve your goals and exceed them, both during our sessions and beyond them, supporting you every step of the way. 

Specialising in working with adults over 50, I bring a depth of understanding and empathy to our sessions that is hard to find elsewhere.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, working towards a specific goal, or simply looking to improve your overall health and fitness, I am here to help.

Every client’s needs are different, so your training plan and the time we spend together should reflect that.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to creating the perfect fitness programme, and the same goes for pricing. Most of my clients set aside around £260 a month for personal training, which includes four 40-minute sessions.

I’ll always shape things to fit your goals, your schedule, and your budget.
